During the workshop, we'll cover a range of important topics that will help you become a better coach:
1. Creating Playlists and Getting Creative: You'll learn how to put together great playlists that really connect with your riders. Plus, we'll show you cool ways to use music to tell your own story and make your classes more personal.
2. Bike Movements: Fine-tune your biking techniques so you can confidently lead your class through different movements. This will make your classes smoother when you find your flow.
3. Being Yourself: Authenticity matters. Help you embrace your unique style and personality, so you can create a class atmosphere that feels real and inspiring.
4. Communication Skills: Communication goes beyond words. You'll learn how to use your body language, tone, and energy to motivate your riders and create an inclusive and supportive vibe.
5. Hands-On Practice: This workshop is all about learning by doing. We'll have practical exercises and interactive sessions where you can put these ideas into action and get instant feedback.
Zoom Pre-Workshop Meeting:
Prior to the workshop, coaches will have a 30-minute Zoom meeting with Zack to discuss personal goals, dive deeper into their coaching aspirations, and receive personalized guidance to ensure their objectives are met.
Day 1 kicks off with a class led by Zack himself, setting the vibe for the entire weekend. Each participant will have their chance on the podium every day. On the first day, each participant will take on one song to establish their rhythm for the weekend. Then, on both Saturday and Sunday, each participant will take the stage for two songs, adding to the momentum of the experience. It's all about getting in sync and making the most of the weekend's energy.
Day 2: Saturday - Deeper Learning and Skill Building**
On the second day, we dive even deeper into the workshop experience. We start the morning with another class led by Zack, just like Day 1. Everyone gets a turn on the podium for two songs, because you're building on what you did the day before. You will receive feedback right after.
Day 3: Sunday - Bringing It All Together
Sunday is our last day, and it's all about putting everything together. You'll step up for two more songs on the podium, showing off you've learned over the weekend..
So, Day 2 and 3 are about diving deeper into coaching, connecting with others, and celebrating your growth. It's a weekend that's not just about cycling – it's about becoming a better coach and having a lot of fun while doing it.
